BARREL NICKEL ELECTROPLATING
Barrel nick plating is essential for applications where corrosion protection is mandatory.
Before applying the coating, the object is properly clean to remove any trace of dirt particles or elements that may hamper the quality and effectiveness of the process. The object to be plated is then submerged in the nickel solution, followed by a slow tumbling action which results in a uniform finish through holes and around complex shapes.
